- E-signature of the rental agreement is required after booking.
Property Access
- Smart lock codes are used for entry.
- Security camera is located at the front of the condo and records at all times. No indoor cameras.
- The bus picks up on the main road, approximately a 3-minute walk from the condo. Fare is $2 to the mountain and free to return.
Policies and Rules
- Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
- Minimum rental age: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
- No pets allowed. Bringing pets will result in eviction.
- No smoking inside the property (including e-cigarettes). Smoking is only permitted at least 75 feet from the building. $500 fine for smoking indoors.
- No events allowed.
- Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am.
- No fireworks allowed.
- Guest count must not exceed reservation—per-person, per-night fees may apply if exceeded.
- Minut smart home technology for volume monitoring is installed and required on this property. No audio is recorded. Privacy compliant.
- Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages to the tenant, the tenant's family, or guests that occur during the tenant's occupancy of the property. The Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold the property manager and their representatives harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from the Tenant's use or occupancy of the premises.
